PURPOSE: This bulletin informs dealers that an Amplifier software update is available for the 2023 CVO Street Glide \(FLHXSE\) and Road Glide \(FLTRXSE\). The updated software file can be found using the Software Updates link on the Harley\-Davidson website or going directly to the INFOTAINMENT SUPPORT RESOURCES page on Service Information Portal \(SIP\). This update addresses: Optimization of audio output to saddlebag speakers, Improvements to Amplifier protection in low voltage situations, Miscellaneous Bug Fixes and Improvements.
