SERVICE BULLETIN M1613: 2023 CVO STREET GLIDE \(FLHXSE\) BRAKE AND CLUTCH LINE CLIP RETENTION. PURPOSE: This bulletin informs dealers that Harley\-Davidson has observed on the 2023 CVO Street Glide \(FLHXSE\), poor retention of the brake and clutch line clip, located on the right side of the steering head. If poor retention of the brake and clutch line clip is observed, a Cable Strap \(Part No. 10039\) may be used to retain the clip in its intended location.
