Service bulletin 22LC03_DealerPac
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
DP: In the involved vehicles, a gear shift control unit may output incorrect or missing identification codes which may result in failure at state emissions inspections (SMOG check). While these vehicles may not meet certain state emissions requirements, this issue does not have an effect on the vehicle?s performance, emissions, or fuel efficiency.

| L-SB-0052-25 | 2025-12-05. Service bulletin. Some 2022 – 2025 model year NX 450h+ and 2024 – 2025 RX 450h+ vehicles may exhibit a MIL ON condition with Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) P019064 (Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor “A” Signal Plausibility Failure) present. The Engine Control Module (ECM) (SAE term: Powertrain Control Module/PCM) logic has been modified to address this condition. |
| L-TT-0336-24 Rev1 | 2024-12-07. Service bulletin. After jump-starting, the vehicle may experience a no-start condition and multiple DTCs including U010087 - Lost Communication with ECM/PCM "A" Missing Message. Upon investigation, it is found that the engine ECU has been damage and needs to be replaced. In several cases, the cause of the ECU damage was improper jump starting. Further investigation found that ECU damage may occur if the negative (ground) cable clamps are attached on or around the engine ECU or mounting bracket. To prevent this condition from occurring, it is recommended that the jumper cables be attached as described in the owner’s manual. |
