## NHTSA's summary

Britax received consumer and CPST feedback on social media regarding the rear facing recline indicator label on the Britax Poplar Car Seat. Britax addressed the feedback by confirming the rear\-facing indicator label is indeed correct along with the written instructions in the user guide. It further instructed consumers about the acceptable recline range by reiterating the text of the user manual. In the spirit of continuous improvement, and to mitigate any potential for confusion, Britax instructed consumers to disregard the supplementary image in the user guide and updated the user guide to remove this image. Consumers may call into to Britax to receive an updated hard copy user guide \(without the supplementary image\), free of charge, or they may access the updated user guide as instructed online here: https://us.britax.com/support/instructional\-videos\-and\-user\-manuals.
