# Service bulletin SIL 3108

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

## NHTSA's summary

Altec has learned that on certain AT41M aerial devices built from April 27, 2023, to June 24, 2023, the curb side chassis frame rail was drilled in a location that does not conform with the chassis manufacturer’s recommendation. The unit mounting bolt holes can cause fatigue cracks to develop in the frame rail.
