# Service bulletin SSM 51960

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

Some 2022\-2023 Mustang vehicles equipped with a convertible top may exhibit a convertible top power close operation that stops 1 to 4 inches \(2.5\-10 cm\) from the windshield header and require extra effort to latch. Component replacement is not expected to resolve this condition. Engineering is investigating a service fix expected to be released in Q1 2024. Submit a Report a Vehicle Concern form located at the bottom of the OASIS screen and attach any available pictures to assist with the engineering investigation.
