NHTSA's summary

Mercedes-Benz AG (“MBAG”), the manufacturer of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, has determined that on certain MY 2022-2023 SL (232 platform) vehicles, the software for the rear spoiler control unit does not meet current production specifications. In this case, a fault message “Rear spoiler nonfunctional” may appear in the instrument cluster and the rear spoiler will not retract or extend until the next ignition cycle. MBUSA will conduct a service campaign. An authorized Mercedes-Benz dealer will update the software for the rear spoiler.
