## NHTSA's summary

HSM has reviewed and found a potential concern it wishes to address. In response HSM Quality/Engineering have reviewed and identified holes that HSM has agreed to plug. HSM has developed a Voluntary Technical Service Bulletin \(S23AI\) and agreed to provide parts at no cost for the replacement of previously installed plugs and to be installed in additional holes that HSM believes to be of concern. HSM will provide or reimburse labor costs for performing this Service Bulletin as outlined in the Service Procedure.
