## NHTSA's summary

It has recently come to the attention of IMT that some TH5K115 TireHand Pad Weldments \(part numbers 52724664 \& 52724667\) may be subject to premature failure under, repeated, severe loading conditions. Out of an abundance of caution, IMT is requesting that distributors inspect welds for craters and cracks and report any findings to IMT Technical Support. Follow the instructions below to partially disassemble and inspect pad weldments.
