Service bulletin 23-PU0813-DORUP2

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

Other bulletins for the same vehicles and component
SSM 516942023-06-16. Service bulletin. Some 2021-2023 Bronco vehicles may exhibit a rattle from the front windows with the windows placed in the partially down position and driving over rough roads and/or bumps. This condition is currently under investigation and repairs and/or component replacement is not expected to reduce the rattle. Inform customers that they can continue to drive the vehicle and that engineering is currently developing a solution which will be available in Q4 2023. Monitor OASIS and schedule a follow up appointment with the customer when the fix becomes available.
TSB 23-20912023-04-04. Service bulletin. Some 2021-2022 Bronco vehicles equipped with a soft top roof may exhibit loose exterior fabric on the rear window assembly. This may be due to broken D-pillar clips on the rear window. To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to replace the D-pillar clips with rivets and washers.
SSM 508572022-06-29. Service bulletin. Some 2022 Broncos built on 13-May-2022 and through 16-May-2022 may exhibit a window short drop feature that drops the window too far (approximately half way down). This may be due to the software within the passenger door module (PDM) and driver door module (DDM). To correct the condition, reprogram both the DDM and PDM with the latest software level of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) scan tool. If the window short drop feature does not operate after programming, refer to the Workshop Manual, Section 501-11 and perform the power door window initialization procedure.
SSM 507112022-05-03. Service bulletin. Some 2021-2022 Bronco vehicles may exhibit a window rattle when driving over bumps with the windows placed in the partially down position. This may be due to incorrect window glass adjustment from the factory. To correct this condition, perform the Front/Rear Door Window Glass Adjustment procedure located in the Workshop Manual, Section 501-11 > Front doors > Steps 18-26, Rear Doors > Steps 21-25. It is not necessary to remove the door panel to perform this adjustment. During adjustment, set the window regulator nuts to their most outboard position (this will move the top of the window inboard), then reevaluate the noise. Be sure to place the window in the fully down position during adjustment.
