Service bulletin B280123
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

| B280125 | 2026-02-02. Service bulletin. SITUATION A Check Control message (CCM) displays for “Transmission oil service required” (ID 2120). This warning will typically trigger based on one of the following that applies: From 60,000 miles (~95,000 km) to 78,000 miles (~125,000 km), or After six (6) years: The “six years” time interval is determined the production date of the vehicle. It is not based on the day/date of the first registration, or the completion date of the pre-delivery check (PDI). If the vehicle is driven more than approx. 1900 miles (~3,000 km) after the first CCM, then a secondmessage will be display for “Transmission fault!” (ID 368). Note: If this service appears to have prematurely displayed as due, please follow standard technical reporting procedures before proceeding. |
