Takata Air Bag Inflator Return Process Change ***** Retailer Announcement ***** The purpose of this announcement is to advise retailers that the Takata Air Bag Inflator return process has changed. Campaign bulletins ITB16-049, ITB17-014, ITB17-021, ITB17-022, ITB17-024, ITB17- 025, ITB17-038, ITB20-001, ITB21-003, ITB22-005, ITB22-031, ITB22-032, ITB22-033, will be updated with the new return procedure the week of July 24, 2023. Please read the above listed bulletins for additional information. Key highligts include: • For International and ALL Locations outside of the Continental United States (APAC, EMEA, Mexico, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands dealers) CANNOT follow above shipping instructions. Instead, dealerships in these locations MUST contact TK services /RXO USA representative directly for shipping instructions: RXO Representative Email: scfieldaction.14305@rxo.com .
