SERVICE BULLETIN M1596: 2023 CVO STREET GLIDE \(FLHXSE\) AND ROAD GLIDE \(FLTRXSE\) COOLING SYSTEM. PURPOSE: This bulletin informs dealers how important is it to understand the Proper Check, Fill and Bleed Procedures for the 2023 CVO Street Glide \(FLHXSE\) and Road Glide \(FLTRXSE\) cooling system. When servicing the new cooling system on the Milwaukee\-Eight 121 Variable Valve Timing \(VVT\) powered vehicle, it is important to understand how to check the coolant level, drain, fill and bleed the system. Failure to closely follow the vacuum bleed procedures, will result in an incomplete system purging, potentially causing engine overheating.
