Service bulletin LI07.61-P-076754
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

The alternator charging management strategy in the software must be modified. Update the ME control unit software. The software should include 177021216. If the vehicle already has this software, stop and open a TIPS case. If there is no newer software available, stop and open a TIPS case. After updating a sensor rotor adaptation MUST be conducted. Once completed the vehicle can be released to the customer.
