- [SSM 55215](/bulletins/11037783.md), 2026-10-02, Service bulletin: ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; SERVICE BRAKES; UNKNOWN OR OTHER. Some 2022\-2024 Maverick hybrid vehicles may exhibit various electrical symptoms and/or a no crank/no start condition related to an intermittent 12V battery drain that has discharged the 12V battery. This may be due to the software in the anti\-lock brake system \(ABS\) module. To correct this condition, download and run the "ABS \- Anti\-lock Brake System \(ABS\) Module Software Update" and "ACCM \- Air Conditioning Control Module \(ACCM\) Software Update" applications using the latest software level of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System \(FDRS\) scan tool. For claiming use causal part 2005 and labor operations 10654C and 12651D along with MT2005SSM up to 0.7 hours for the ABS, ACCM, PCM, and SOBDMC as needed.
- [SSM 54785](/bulletins/11032243.md), 2026-05-05, Service bulletin: SERVICE BRAKES; FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM. For claiming use causal part 2005 and labor operation 12651D along with MT2005SSM up to 0.4 hours for ABS module and ACCM programming.
- [SSM 54632](/bulletins/11029932.md), 2026-03-11, Service bulletin: UNKNOWN OR OTHER; SERVICE BRAKES; FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM. Some 2022\-2024 Maverick hybrid vehicles may continue to exhibit a no crank/no start condition due to a 12V battery drain after performing the air conditioning control module \(ACCM\) software update. This may be due the brake pad self\-adjustment routine being run by anti\-lock brake system \(ABS\) module software. Inform customers engineering is aware of this condition and is currently developing an ABS module software update that is expected to be available in late Q2 of 2026. To avoid this 12V battery drain condition, inform customers that they can apply the parking brake when the vehicle is turned off. This will prevent the ABS module from running the self\-adjustment routine. \<br /\>\<br /\> If a vehicle comes in for this condition and ABS software is not suspected, refer to the "Discharged Battery/12\-Volt Battery Drain Check" General Service Bulletin \(GSB\) and monitor Professional Technician System \(PTS\) for additional information. Schedule service appointments for customers once the repair becomes available. If a vehicle exhibits this concern, submit a Global Concern Report \(GCR\).
- [SSM 52476](/bulletins/10254138.md), 2024-05-03, Service bulletin: EQUIPMENT. All accessory stick\-on keyless entry keypads come with a wallet card containing the master code. If the accessory keypad was factory installed, this card will be placed in the glove box and should be handed to the vehicles owner during initial delivery. Unlike the integrated \(wired\) factory keypad, the accessory keypad master code cannot be retrieved from the vehicle using a diagnostic scan tool. If the wallet card for an accessory keypad is lost, follow these steps to recover the code. Dealer Key Code access is granted through the Dealer Program Enrollment System \(DPES\); dealership management can authorize users. The authorized user must go to FMCDealer.com \> Parts and Service \> Parts Product Line Information \> Keys/Entry Devices \> Aftermarket Keyless Entry Keypad Code Access. Follow the instructions on the screen to obtain the master code for the accessory keypad.

- [SSM 51948](/bulletins/10243653.md), 2023-10-06, Service bulletin: EQUIPMENT; SERVICE BRAKES, AIR:ANTILOCK:WHEEL SPEED SENSOR. Some 2023 Escape, Corsair, Bronco Sport and Maverick vehicles built on 01\-May\-2023 and through 22\-Sep\-2023 may exhibit a squeal and/or grinding noise and/or vibration from the front brakes while braking. This may be due to excessive wheel hub lateral runout. To correct this condition, remove the front brake disc\(s\) of the affected wheel\(s\). Refer to the Workshop Manual \(WSM\), Section, 206\-03. Clean the raised ring\-like surface of the front wheel hub near the wheel studs. Using a dial indicator, slowly rotate the wheel hub and measure the runout on the ring\-like surface. If the total runout exceeds 0.001 inch \(0.03mm\), replace the wheel hub. Refer to the WSM, Section 204\-01. Document the measured run out in the warranty claim. For claiming use the causal part number 1104 and applicable labor operations in Section 01 of the Service Labor Time Standards \(SLTS\)

This may be due to fluid contamination in the rear drive unit \(RDU\). Drain and refill the RDU, refer to Workshop Manual Section \(WSM\) 205\-02. Drive for 5 miles \(8 km\) in stop and go conditions with right and left turns and re\-evaluate. If the issue is still present, continue with normal WSM diagnostics. For claiming, use base \(4000\) causal part.
