SERVICE BULLETIN M1490: DIGITAL TECHNICIAN II \- UPDATES AND RELEASE NOTES. PURPOSE: Revision. This bulletin informs dealers that Harley\-Davidson has made a software update to Digital Technician II \(DT II\). DIGITAL TECHNICIAN II \(PART NUMBER: HD\-48650. Version 23.4 Release Date: Week of June 12th, 2023. New Features: Add Vehicle Identification Number \(VIN\) support for 2023 FLHXSE and FLTRXSE: Module reflash, Support Infotainment Control Unit \(IFCU\) \(speedometer/radio\) features, New Variable Valve Timing \(VVT\) functions for 2023 FLHXSE and FLTRXSE, Support Garage Door Opener feature on 2023 FLHXSE and FLTRXSE Body Control Module \(BCM\)'s; Updated Hand Control Module \(HCM\) reflash for Revolution® Max vehicles. Changes: Unlock capability moved to the cloud. Requires active Internet connection for Reflash, Active Diagnostics, and Vehicle Setup operations on select vehicles. Updated legacy vehicle setups to include applicable module to sync with updated naming convention. Added ability to disable camera in Setup and Utilities. Added DT II version information to header of printouts. 2023 FLHFB and FLHTP \- Add support for MLY Vehicle Identification Numbers \(VINs\).
