## Other bulletins for the same vehicles and component

- [SA\-061\-26](/bulletins/11037637.md), 2026-10-01, Service bulletin: ENGINE; POWER TRAIN. DESCRIPTION Use this guide before ordering or replacing an AT component on applicable H3T vehicles. QUICK CHECKLIST BEFORE ORDERING Confirm the vehicle is a CX\-90 \(KK\) or CX\-70 \(KJ\) with H3T and is within the applicable market coverage. • In GEPC, identify the AT component part number for the vehicle. • Use the GEPC lookup tables below to determine whether the vehicle requires Table A or Table B parts. • Order the complete set of parts listed in the applicable table. DO NOT order the AT component by itself. • Check whether water hose removal is required for that GEPC part number. • Follow the applicable WSM repair procedure for AT component removal/installation, water hose removal, and oil hose/oil pipe installation in MGSS. • IMPORTANT: If only the AT component is ordered, required replacement parts will be missing, and the repair cannot be completed.
- [SA\-059\-26](/bulletins/11037635.md), 2026-10-01, Service bulletin: ENGINE. This Service Alert supersedes the previously issued SA\(s\) listed below. The changes are noted in Red. SA\-029/24 05/09/24 DESCRIPTION The CX\-90 and CX\-70 PHEV are equipped with two electric water pumps that look similar but have different part numbers. CAUTION: If the wrong water pump is ordered or they are reversed, DTC U019F could be set.
- [PF\-26\-04](/bulletins/11037630.md), 2026-10-01, Other: ENGINE; POWER TRAIN. SUBJECT: ORDERING REQUIREMENT FOR AT COMPONENTS FOR H3T \(INLINE 6\) Use this guide before ordering or replacing an AT component on applicable H3T vehicles. QUICK CHECKLIST BEFORE ORDERING • Confirm the vehicle is a CX\-90 \(KK\) or CX\-70 \(KJ\) with H3T and is within the applicable market coverage. • In GEPC, identify the AT component part number for the vehicle. • Use the GEPC lookup tables below to determine whether the vehicle requires Table A or Table B parts. • Order the complete set of parts listed in the applicable table. - [09\-027\-26](/bulletins/11037628.md), 2026-10-01, Service bulletin: ENGINE; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. DESCRIPTION Some CX\-70 and CX\-90 PHEV vehicles may fail to start \(enter READY mode\) in cold weather, but the vehicle can often be started successfully on the next attempt. This may occur when leakage current between connector terminals causes the MAIN Relay to be falsely detected as ON. As a result, the Battery ECU may incorrectly determine the relay status, preventing READY mode activation and resulting in a no\-start condition. One or more of the following DTCs may be stored: P0AB9, U0100, U0110, and U0115 and multiple warning lights may also turn on. This is caused by corrosion of the connector terminals on the 3002\-411 connector in the luggage compartment from water. To eliminate this concern, urethane has been added around the connector to help prevent water from reaching the connector terminals. REPAIR PROCEDURE 1. Verify the customer concern. 2. Diagnose and repair the vehicle according to the following steps. NOTE: The following procedure uses a heat shrink tube with solder. \(1\) Connect wire to wire with heat shrink tube. \(2\) Form a loop at the end of wire to create a passage for the other wire.
- [SA\-038\-26a](/bulletins/11037018.md), 2026-09-04, Service bulletin: UNKNOWN OR OTHER; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; ENGINE; EXTERIOR LIGHTING. - [SA\-058\-26](/bulletins/11037016.md), 2026-09-04, Service bulletin: ENGINE. This Service Alert supersedes the previously issued SA\(s\) listed below. The changes are noted in Red. SA\-001/25 10/16/25, 05/15/25, 04/17/25 and 01/09/25 DESCRIPTION This Service Information is no longer valid and has been unpublished. Refer to: MSP66 \- ENGINE WARNING ILLUMINATION WITH DTC P0DAB \- 2024\-2026 CX\-90 AND 2025\-2026 CX\-70
- [SA\-056\-26](/bulletins/11037014.md), 2026-09-04, Service bulletin: STRUCTURE:BODY; FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM. DESCRIPTION Some customers will report that their fuel filler lid \(door\) was stuck closed and would not open to refuel the vehicle. The fuel door may or may not be missing. REPAIR PROCEDURE 1. Check the system operation as noted in the PHEV Refueling Procedure and check for DTC.
- [SA\-048\-26](/bulletins/11037006.md), 2026-09-04, Service bulletin: ENGINE. Some vehicle may exhibit the CHECK ENGINE light on with DTC P0524 \(Engine oil pressure control system: Oil pressure decrease\) and no abnormal engine noise. This may be caused by a malfunction of the oil pressure control valve \(located at the rear of the engine block near the oil filter\) due to machining contamination inside the electromagnet sleeve and the solenoid plunger remaining during manufacturing. This contamination is affecting the OCV operation when oil pressure control is requested by the PCM. REPAIR PROCEDURE Perform the WSM inspection for P0524.
- [09\-024\-26](/bulletins/11036698.md), 2026-09-02, Service bulletin: ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; STRUCTURE:BODY. DESCRIPTION Some vehicles may exhibit a condition in which a warning buzzer \(error sound\) is heard, and the power liftgate \(PLG\) does not open or close automatically. When these symptoms happen, DTCs B144F:11 or B144F:13 may be stored. B144F:11 Power liftgate \(PLG\) drive unit motor circuit malfunction B144F:13 Power liftgate \(PLG\) drive unit motor circuit malfunction NOTE: The liftgate can be opened or closed manually, though effort may be higher without the motor assist. Due to improper assembly of the brush spring within the PLG unit motor, the contact pressure of the brush decreases, resulting in poor continuity. As a result, sufficient current may not be supplied to the motor. The manufacturing process has been improved to ensure proper positioning of the spring during assembly. REPAIR PROCEDURE Replace the power liftgate drive unit according to the instructions on MGSS POWER LIFTGATE \(PLG\) DRIVE UNIT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.
- [01\-010\-26](/bulletins/11036688.md), 2026-09-02, Service bulletin: ENGINE. This bulletin supersedes the previously issued bulletin\(s\) listed below. The changes are noted in Red text. 01\-012/22 10/06/22 DESCRIPTION Some vehicles may exhibit accumulation of dried coolant \(1\) around the water pipe \(2\). This is caused by a gap between the housing and pipe due to a press fitting during the manufacturing process. The accumulated coolant is solidified and plugs the gap in high temperature environment and the seepage is stopped and does not progress. This is normal and does not require a part replacement, clean off the dried coolant from around the pipe with a wire brush. REPAIR PROCEDURE 1. Verify the customer concern. 2. If the above condition is experienced, remove the accumulated coolant around the pipe \(1\) with a wire brush etc. NOTE: Perform the procedure on the vehicle. No need to remove the water pipe and hoses.
