# Service bulletin N232395300

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

## NHTSA's summary

Special Coverage. Certain 2019 model year Buick Enclave and Chevrolet Traverse vehicles equipped with a 3.6L engine \(RPO LFY\), and certain 2020 model year Buick Encore and Chevrolet Sonic / Trax vehicles equipped with a 1.4L engine \(RPO LUV\), may have a condition that could cause the evaporative emissions purge valve to not fully close. If this condition occurs, the engine could run rough, hesitate, or stall at idle speeds. Additionally, the Malfunction Indicator Light \(Check Engine Light\) would illuminate, and a diagnostic trouble code would be set. Dealers are to replace the evaporative emissions purge valve as necessary. The repairs will be made at no charge to the customer.
