## NHTSA's summary

TSB: Some 2023 model year ES 250, ES 300h, ES 350, and UX 250h vehicles with DCM firmware version earlier than LG\-N210ee9999\-09 may exhibit a condition in which the vehicle customize settings menu is unavailable in the head unit after connecting to Techstream. A DCM firmware update is now available to address this condition. Follow the DCM Firmware Update Procedure in this bulletin to update the firmware.
