This bulletin informs dealers that Harley-Davidson X 350 and X350 RA Initial Care Program is to monitor the quality delivered to dealers with diagnostics and support on this newly released vehicle. Harley-Davidson Technical Service is providing an Initial Care program for the 2023 X 350 and X350 RA. Harley-Davidson is asking United States dealers to provide information on any defective parts to Technical Service within 24 hours of a concern. The goal is to provide diagnostic support and a rapid resolution that enables Harley-Davidson to have the vehicle operational within 72 hours.

PURPOSE: This bulletin advises dealer technicians on the correct procedure to access diagnostic trouble codes from the Electronic Control Module (ECM) and when performing Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) service. This procedure is not currently in the service manual but will be updated in the future. NOTE: The X Series of vehicles does not use Harley-Davidson Digital Technician II (DT II).

PURPOSE: This bulletin informs dealers that the 2023 X350 RA, Main Wire Harness (Part No. HD92000P420001) is no longer available. The Main Wire Harness has superseded to the 2024 vehicle part number. If the main wire harness on a 2023 X350 RA needs to be replaced, two parts will need to be retrofitted and required to make the vehicle operational. The Main Wire Harness (Part No. HD92000P420004) and Water Temperature Sensor (Part No. HD279115050003) from the 2024 X350 RA vehicle are required for the retrofit.
