## NHTSA's summary

McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing identified an issue with over\-torqued bolts on the lower ladder platform. The bolts used to secure the lower ladders to the lower ladder platform were over\-torqued causing the bolts to fail. New hardware needs to be installed in placed of the over\-torqued bolts.
