Brinkley is issuing CSC\-2302 regarding the soffit panel. VINs ending in 1000004\-1000039, could have a loose securement allowing the soffit panel to sag. To correct this, additional fasteners are to be installed into the soffit framing, and the panel should then be reinstalled.
