INTERMITTENT OPERATION OF HVAC BLOWER IF YOU CONFIRM The HVAC blower is inoperative at initial vehicle start up, OR The customer states the HVAC blower has been inoperative during initial vehicle start up. ACTION Follow the SERVICE PROCEDURE on the next page to: 1. Confirm the current A/C Amplifier part number. 2. Reprogram the A/C Amplifier, if needed.

NTB23-0652023-09-09. Service bulletin. NOISE FROM MOONROOF WHEN OPEN IF YOU CONFIRM Ticking / flutter / vibrating noise when the moonroof (sunroof) is open and the vehicle is traveling 35-50 mph. ACTION Follow the SERVICE PROCEDURE outlined in this bulletin to install a strip of soft foam in the sunroof opening. IMPORTANT: Do not replace the Wind Deflector to correct the noise concern.
