Service bulletin A9123862065485_4
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

This bulletin provides instruction for when a customer states that the Speech Dialog System is not working, but hands free calls are possible, and recipients of outgoing phone calls describe a whistling noise that changes notably with the engine's RPMs.
