Service bulletin N222375790-03

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary

Customer Satisfaction Program - Due to the industry-wide semiconductor shortage, the park assist feature is not functional on certain 2022 and 2023 model year vehicles, built beginning December 2, 2021. The affected vehicle owners should have been made aware of the condition at sale, and notified, that once parts are available, they would be eligible for a no additional cost retrofit to enable the feature. Dealers are to replace the park assist control module and setup the serial data gateway module to restore the Park Assist feature. Some vehicles may also need additional modules to be reprogrammed.
