This bulletin informs dealers that Harley\-Davidson has made a software update to Digital Technician II \(DT II\). DIGITAL TECHNICIAN II \(PART NUMBER: HD\-48650. Version 23.3, Release Date: Week of March 6th, 2023. New Features: Reflash \- Additional offerings for 2017\-2023 Legal Electronic Control Module \(ECM\) \(Parts and Accessories \(P\&A\)\) calibrations. Reflash \- Updated 2020 and 2021 LiveWire Onboard Charger. \(OBC\) calibrations: • Improves interoperability with public charging station. • Lower temp limit for 12V battery maintenance decreased to 5 °F \(\-15 °C\). Changes: • Improvements to Barcode reader \(FOB assignment\) to make camera operation more reliable. • Vehicle Setup list updated for improved organization. • Body Control Module \(BCM\) Calibration reflash YM0000 expanded to hardware \(Part No. 41000341E\).
