Service bulletin ATC2672
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
"This field action is being issued to recalibrate the Engine Control Module (ECM) on certain X12 certified engines. A software error may lead to the engine instability issues at specific operation modes causing Engine Speed at Idle fault codes being triggered. This field action enables authorized repair locations to update the ECM calibration to the latest revision that resolves the condition described above."
