NHTSA's summary
The 1 inch fuel pipe ORFS joints in the VP Trailer trunk pipes may develop leaks and continue to leak even after replacement of the O-ring seal. The cause of the leak concern may be due to an improper O-ring seal, manufacturing concerns with the ORFS fitting, or manufacturing concerns with the ORFS flange.
