NHTSA's summary
Due to a global chip shortage, a small number of Quantum VP Lite trailers with PRATT chassis were built with the intent to have RSS ABS and were shipped with standard ABS. RSS modules have become available and a retrofit to the required RSS system is now available for all affected units.
