## NHTSA's summary

This Technical Service Bulletin describes the verification and resolution of the HMI320 screen displaying start up message'establishing communication', Fault Code FS1689 \- reset Real Time Clock and Fault Code FC 2895 \- PCC Net device failed. The communication issue was due to internal failure of Super capacitor C216 in PCC board 3300. Faulty PCC boards 3300 were replaced with good ones. This is an update to a previously submitted communication.
