# Service bulletin G\_230137\_TC\_EN

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

## NHTSA's summary

Model: Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello \- Mandello S Subject: Exhaust manifold lower fixing screw Dear Dealer / Service Centre / Authorised Workshop, We hereby inform you that in order to compensate for the thermal expansion of the metal of the exhaust assembly assembled on the vehicles in question, the lower fastening screw of the exhaust manifold code 2B011592 must protrude by about 5\-10 mm from the support and tightened to the prescribed tightening torque of 25 ± 4 Nm \(see photo 1\). In view of the above, all Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello motorcycles have been and are produced with this fixing peculiarity and any modification to what is prescribed could lead to breakage, distortion or anomalous noise.
