NHTSA's summary
As you are aware, the SOA IT department is working with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) providers to develop real time integrations with their systems. This integration is in support of the current Care Connect and Schedule Connect programs and will also be required for future programs like Equity Connect and Inspect Connect as well as integration for our future telematics program.
