Complaint The trunk lid is not latching into the closed position with the help of the trunk lid power closing function after the electric closing process. There is a loud rattling from the trunk or from the trunk lid power closing unit \(M14/31\). Cause Under Analysis Remedy Please create a TIPS case before attempting repair on the vehicle • Within case attach a video showing the concern • Attach CUL for N121
