"This Technical Service Bulletin \(TSB\) describes the verification and resolution of the fuel pump actuator housing and fuel pump actuator \- air bleed check valve becoming contaminated with debris. Debris accumulation prevents fuel flow to drain resulting in possible external fuel leak, loss of fuel pressure during motoring condition, Fault Code \(FC\) 559, FC 4691, crank no start, and/or shutdown. This TSB describes how to properly repair the failure; the cause of this failure will be addressed in NHTSA Recall 18E\-081."
