## NHTSA's summary

Complaint The display in the Lower Multifunction Steering Wheel Button Group \(A74/2\) may be completely or partially inoperable \(see attached picture\). Note: There is no loss of vehicle functionality due to this complaint Cause The complaint may occur when a new user profile is created in MBUX. Remedy Immediate measure: Perform a user data reset of the MBUX Multimedia System \(settings \-\> system \-\> reset\). Long\-term measure: Updated AMG Drive Unit \(N145/1\) software is under development. NOTE: Do not replace parts for this complaint
