## NHTSA's summary

During service of the Hexagon® Agility® compressed natural gas \(CNG\) high\-pressure / Manifilter element, the filter element base may sometimes not not fully thread into the filter element housing, preventing the filter element assembly from fully seating in the HP fuel filter / Manifilter. Techs instructed to inspect filter element base and filter element housing threads for damage and replace damaged components.
