## NHTSA's summary

This Technical Service Bulletin describes the verification and resolution to Acumen devices requiring complete software update. Nine Acumen devices were reported to be missing the latest software version \(1.1.20220531.4\). Devices with the incorrect software will reboot every time a user logs into the device and request the default login credentials Root Cause: These Acumen devices failed to be updated with the required new software before becoming available for aftermarket sale.
