This Technical Service Bulletin describes the verification and resolution of a stuck intake air throttle due to the formation of ice in cold ambient conditions. This condition may cause actual position to not meet commanded in cold ambient conditions which is causing unnecessary part replacement without a component malfunction. The resolution involves instruction to the operator to allow the engine to warm up for the appropriate amount of time. This is an update to a previously submitted communication.
