## NHTSA's summary

This Technical Servicel bulletin was issued for Fault Code 1117. Fault Code 1117 detects when the ECM did not have enough time to finish writing data before losing power. FC1117 will immediately go inactive at a normal engine start up. FC1117 can have multiple counts of the code if the engine is continually losing power prematurely. Root Cause: ECM power supply loss, ECM power ground Loss, Key Switch voltage drop.
