Flash: Adaptive Cruise Control \(ACC\) Updates This bulletin involves reprogramming the ACC module with the latest software available. Customers may experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp \(MIL\) illumination. Upon further investigation the technicianmay find the following Diagnostic Trouble Code \(DTC\)U148A\-86 \- Implausible Data Received From Driver Assistance System Module \(DASM\) Signal Invalid. The customer may describe the following:Instrument Panel Cluster \(IPC\) disable icon switches on warnings for the ForwardCollision Warning \(FCW\) informing the driver ?Heads\-up Warning Array \(HWA\) Unavailable Service Required?.The system starts working again automatically after a few seconds and/or up to 5 minutes.
