Flash: Diagnostic And System Improvements For P219A And Or P106A This bulletin involves selectively erasing and reprogramming the Powertrain Control Module \(PCM\) with new software. A small number of customers may experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp \(MIL\) illumination. Upon further investigation the Technician may find that the following Diagnostic Trouble Codes \(DTCs\) have been set: ? P106A \- Cylinder 3 Oil Supply Solenoid Valve Switch Off Time Out Of Range. ? P219A \- Bank 1 Air\-Fuel Ratio Imbalance.
