Service bulletin SC-2022070016
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
Mercedes-Benz AG (“MBAG”), the manufacturer of Mercedes-Benz, has determined that on certain Model Year (“MY”) 2021 GLE-Class (167 platform) vehicles, the SCN coding of the ESP control unit may not correspond to the current production specification. It is possible that no live data of the ESP control unit is sent to the OBD. What We’re Doing MBUSA will conduct a service campaign. An authorized Mercedes-Benz dealer will perform SCN coding in the electronic stability program control unit.
