A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

- [SSM 52476](/bulletins/10254138.md), 2024-05-03, Service bulletin: EQUIPMENT. All accessory stick\-on keyless entry keypads come with a wallet card containing the master code. If the accessory keypad was factory installed, this card will be placed in the glove box and should be handed to the vehicles owner during initial delivery. Unlike the integrated \(wired\) factory keypad, the accessory keypad master code cannot be retrieved from the vehicle using a diagnostic scan tool. If the wallet card for an accessory keypad is lost, follow these steps to recover the code. Dealer Key Code access is granted through the Dealer Program Enrollment System \(DPES\); dealership management can authorize users. The authorized user must go to FMCDealer.com \> Parts and Service \> Parts Product Line Information \> Keys/Entry Devices \> Aftermarket Keyless Entry Keypad Code Access. Follow the instructions on the screen to obtain the master code for the accessory keypad.

Some 2020\-2024 Aviator vehicles equipped with auto air refresh option \(minor feature code G1DAG\) may exhibit a buzzing/clicking/humming/ticking sound from the OHC and/or diagnostic trouble code \(DTC\) P24AE in the heating ventilation and air conditioning \(HVAC\) module. To confirm if a vehicle is built with a certain minor feature code, review the build information by double\-clicking the vehicle identification number \(VIN\) in the upper left corner in the Professional Technician System \(PTS\). If diagnostics lead to the in\-vehicle temperature and humidity sensor as the causal part, a new lower level part is available. It is not necessary to replace the OHC assembly if only the sensor is suspect. Use part number L1MZ\-19F666\-A to resolve the concern.
- [TSB 24\-2028](/bulletins/10252525.md), 2024-04-03, Service bulletin: EQUIPMENT. This article supersedes 23\-2266 to update the vehicle model years affected to include 2024 model year. Some 2022\-2024 Expedition/Navigator vehicles may exhibit a random BLIS warning with no vehicle or objects near the vehicle. This condition may be intermittent, more noticeable in wet conditions. This may be due to a mud/snow/ice build\-up between the radar sensor and the rear bumper cover or damage or corrosion to the radar sensor, connector or harness.
- [22G07 S1](/bulletins/10252404.md), 2024-04-02, Service bulletin: EQUIPMENT.
