Flash: Powertrain Control Module \(PCM\) Updates This bulletin involves reprogramming the PCM with the latest available software.The PCM software update is also being released as a generic release to support PCM replacement only in service \(North America only\). This software enables the following functions: Active Vehicle Speed Limiters \(AVSL\)\(EMEA only\). Intelligent Speed Assist \(ISA\)\(EMEA only\).
