# Service bulletin T\-SB\-0110\-20 Rev

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

TT: Some customers may experience an abnormal steering sensation \(?pulling?, ?drifting?\), which may be more pronounced after a cold soak. The steering angle value displayed in Techstream may be greater than \+3° off when the steering wheel is held straight. Every time the vehicle?s battery is disconnected or discharged, the Steering Angle Neutral Point Memorization and the Steering Sensor Zero Point Calibration must be performed. These steps are consistent with Step 3 and 4 of the ?BEFORE INSPECTION? section of the Pre\-Delivery Service Check Sheet
- [T\-SB\-0119\-15 Rev](/bulletins/10213902.md), 2022-06-13, Service bulletin: ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:PROPULSION SYSTEM:TRACTION BATTERY; EQUIPMENT. TSB: This bulletin includes basic procedures for performing a rescue charge on Ni\-MH high voltage \(HV\) batteries. - [T\-SB\-0087\-14 Rev](/bulletins/10111425.md), 2017-08-14, Service bulletin: HYBRID PROPULSION SYSTEM; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:12V/24V/48V BATTERY; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:PROPULSION SYSTEM:TRACTION BATTERY. TSB: Prius and Mirai vehicles are equipped with 2 types of batteries: \* Hybrid Vehicle \(HV\) battery \* 12\-volt auxiliary battery If Prius or Mirai vehicles are put into storage, the state of charge \(SOC\) of its HV battery and auxiliary battery will gradually decrease. To prevent the auxiliary battery from becoming discharged during storage, proper maintenance is necessary. Please perform the following maintenance service for the HV battery and 12\-volt auxiliary battery. NOTE \* Before disconnecting the auxiliary battery, confirm the shift lever is in the "P" position and apply the parking brake completely. The shift lever CANNOT be shifted from the "P" position with the 12\-volt auxiliary battery disconnected. \* If the negative \(\-\) terminal of the auxiliary battery is reconnected, even if the power button is in the "START" mode, the hybrid/fuel cell system may NOT start. In this case, push the "POWER" button and select the "START" mode again to start the hybrid/fuel cell system \(the "READY" light is ON\). If the hybrid/fuel cell system still does NOT start \(the "READY" light is OFF\), refer to the Repair Manual.
