## NHTSA's summary

Effective June 1, 2022, Pierce Aftermarket will be requiring Dealers/Customers to sign for visibly damaged LTL shipments as ‘DAMAGED” on the delivery receipt to receive credit for product and freight cost. This is to mitigate costs and hold our LTL carriers responsible
