# Service bulletin SSM 50784

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

Some 2021 F\-150 vehicles built on 23\-Mar\-2021 and through 31\-Mar\-2021 may exhibit inoperative heated seats, heated steering wheel and/or rear window defrost. This may be due to the configuration in the gateway module \(GWM\). For claiming, use causal part 14G490 and applicable labor operations in Section 10 of the Service Labor Time Standards \(SLTS\) Manual.
