Complaint Volume and bass level too low Cause Current sound amp \(N40/3\) software release. Important: • On vehicles with standard sound, the rear subwoofer \(H21/35\) emits the engine sound only \(if equipped with M139 engine\) • On vehicles with code 853 \(Advanced Sound\) or 810 \(Premium Sound\), the rear subwoofer \(H21/35\) emits not only the engine sound, but also entertainment sound Remedy Perform a software update of the sound amp \(N40/3\) to the latest available version. Note: Do not replace any parts as this will not remedy the complaint.
