## Other bulletins for the same vehicles and component

- [SSM 54448](/bulletins/11027144.md), 2026-01-06, Service bulletin: SERVICE BRAKES. Some 2017\-2026 F\-Super Duty vehicles may exhibit a pull/drift condition during braking. This may be due to the brake pads needing to be broken in. Repeated, heavy brake applications may assist to resolve the pull/drift condition. The Workshop Manual, Section 206\-00 Symptom Chart for vehicle pulls or drifts during braking has been updated to reflect this information.
- [SSM 52308](/bulletins/10250854.md), 2024-03-05, Service bulletin: SERVICE BRAKES. Some 2022 F\-Super Duty vehicles equipped with a 12.3 inch center display screen and 2023\-2024 F\-Super Duty vehicles may exhibit DTCs B1D08:11 and/or B1D09:11 stored in the trailer module \(TRM\) with a Trailer Brake System Fault See Manual message in the instrument panel cluster \(IPC\) when a trailer is not connected to the vehicle. This may be due to water intrusion at the back side of the trailer tow connector. Inspect connector C4099 and the trailer tow connector \(14489\) for signs of corrosion or damage. If corrosion or damage is present at either connector, replace the female side of the C4099 connector using service pig tail kit \(3U2Z\-14S411\-JXC\) and the trailer tow connector. If corrosion or damage is not present, refer to the Workshop Manual \(WSM\) Section 417\-01 Exterior Lighting, Diagnosis and Testing for additional diagnosis. For claiming, use causal part 14489 and applicable labor operations in Section 01 of the Service Labor Time Standards \(SLTS\) Manual.
- [SSM 51432](/bulletins/10233701.md), 2023-04-04, Service bulletin: PARKING BRAKE. Some 2020\-2022 F\-Super Duty vehicles may exhibit a condition where the vehicle will not shift out of park \(P\). Diagnostic trouble codes \(DTC\) C0040 and/or P0504 may also be present. Reference TSB 22\-2044 to make sure that no water or corrosion is present in the battery junction box \(BJB\). If Pinpoint Test A: Brake Shift Interlock in Workshop Manual \(WSM\), Section 307\-05 leads to a concern with circuit SBP07 \(white/red\), remove the left side scuff plate from the floor and inspect circuit SBP07 for any damage. If damage is present, repair as necessary. Refer to Wiring Diagram, Cell 005. Submit a Report a Vehicle Concern form at the bottom of the OASIS screen and attach any available pictures to assist with the engineering investigation.
- [SSM 51261](/bulletins/10228876.md), 2023-01-06, Service bulletin: SERVICE BRAKES. Some Ford and Lincoln vehicles may exhibit noise when the brakes are applied. When diagnosing and repairing brake noise conditions, use the Workshop Manual \(WSM\) and the appropriate pinpoint test in section 206\-00. The brake rotors should only be machined if directed by the WSM because one or more of the following conditions are present on the braking surface: scoring, excessive corrosion/rust or pitting, bluing/discoloration and/or heat spots. For additional information, refer to WSM section 206\-00.
- [SSM 51120](/bulletins/10222788.md), 2022-10-11, Service bulletin: SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC.
- [SSM 50364](/bulletins/10205489.md), 2021-12-26, Service bulletin: SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Some 2021\-2022 F\-Super Duty vehicles may exhibit an illuminated anti\-lock brake system \(ABS\) warning lamp due to various diagnostic trouble codes or faults. If the ABS module does not respond to the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System \(FDRS\) scan tool during normal diagnostics, make sure all related connectors are fully seated. If no connector concerns are found, remove the FDRS scan tool from the vehicle and disconnect the vehicle battery cables for 10 minutes. Reconnect the battery cables and attempt to re\-establish communication with the ABS module using the FDRS scan tool.
- [SSM 50064](/bulletins/10201034.md), 2021-09-04, Service bulletin: SERVICE BRAKES, ELECTRIC:SOFTWARE/PROGRAMMING. Some 2013\-2021 Ford and Lincoln vehicles may exhibit noise when the brakes are applied.
- [SSM 49222](/bulletins/10180678.md), 2020-10-06, Service bulletin: SERVICE BRAKES; EQUIPMENT. Some 2020 F\-250/F\-350 vehicles may require replacement of the front brake caliper. If replacement of a front caliper is required to repair a vehicle for a pull while braking or brakes binding concern replace the caliper along with the caliper slides and caliper anchor bracket. For claiming use causal component 2B120 or 2B121 and applicable labor times from Section 02 in the Service Labor Time Standards \(SLTS\) Manual.
- [SSM 49010](/bulletins/10177712.md), 2020-08-04, Service bulletin: SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC. Some 2017\-2020 F\-Super Duty vehicles may exhibit concerns related to brake drag. Utilize Workshop Manual \(WSM\) diagnostics in section 206\-00 to verify the correct installation of the stoplamp switch. Improper adjustment of the stoplamp switch can cause the brake pedal assembly to lightly apply the brakes resulting in dragging condition.
- [19B27\-S1](/bulletins/10168822.md), 2019-12-05, Service bulletin: SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC; STEERING. Customer Satisfaction Program 19B27 – Supplement \#1 Certain 2019 Model Year F\-Super Duty Vehicles Uncured Power Steering Hoses
