# Service bulletin L\-SB\-0003\-22

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

## NHTSA's summary

TSB: All 2021 ? 2022 model year LS 500 vehicles may exhibit a surge/bucking condition when applying throttle of less than 20 percent. This condition is only felt after the vehicle has cold soaked and reduces as the vehicle warms up. The condition is no longer present once the vehicle reaches operating temperature. The Engine Control Module \(ECM\) \(SAE term: Powertrain Control Module/PCM\) logic has been revised to address this condition. Follow the Repair Procedure in this bulletin to address this condition
